Registration Fees

Registration and Payment of Fees
All Invited Buyer and Seller organizations, as well as Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) that wish to participate in Rendez-vous Canada, must complete an online application for registration and submit full payment of delegate and booth fees to the Rendez-vous Canada Project office no later than the published registration deadline.

Registration applications received without full payment will be considered incomplete, and will not be processed. Incomplete registrations will be waitlisted until payment has been received in full.

No exceptions will be made.

Buyer Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be in writing and submitted to the Rendez-vous Canada Project office by fax or email.
Cancellations received prior to March 9
th, 2012 are subject to a $250.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received after March 9
th, 2012 are non-refundable.

Late Registration Fees
Seller, DMO, PMO registrations received after January 11th, 2012 are subject to a late registration fee of $400.00 per registration.
