Friday, January 6, 2012	Cancellation deadline for Seller, PMO, DMO, and Tourism Mall organizations and delegates Cancellations received by January 6th are subject to a $250 cancellation charge. No refunds after January 6, 2012.
Wednesday, January 11, 2012	Jan 11th registration deadline for Seller, PMO, DMO and Tourism Mall organizations. A late fee of $400 will apply to all company registrations and payments received after Jan 11th, 2012.

Monday, April 23, 2012 - Wednesday, May 9, 2012	Appointment Additions/Changes Please review and make any necessary changes to your schedule as soon as possible. Click here to request additional appointments Sellers MUST complete any rescheduling or cancellations changes during this time period. The ability to send appointment requests to buyers will continue after this date, however buyers will be instructed to visit the appointment scheduling desk to accept the request. Buyers, CTC, Tourism Mall and Media delegates will be able to make changes and additions to their schedules onsite by visiting the appointment scheduling desk.
