Special Events

RVC Luncheon Partner (max 3 partners) – $40,000 + activation costs – 3 of 3 SOLD – Travel Manitoba, Destination Northern Ontario and Explorers’ Edge

Engage the senses and create a lasting and meaningful experience connecting delegates to your destination. Partners will work with the RVC Luncheon Events Manager to create the magic and build an unforgettable event focused on the senses – feel, taste, look, hear and smell.

Located in four areas of the Marketplace Floor (British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and Alberta), these are ideal meeting spaces for one-on-one engagement with buyers and a huge opportunity to showcase regional tastes and talents.


Activation and Experiential Marquee Zones – $8,000 + activation costs

You spoke, we listened. Activation space is now available on a limited basis in the Marketplace next to appointment booths. Space is not available in all regions and only intended for activation; no appointments will be allowed in the space. RVC to set criteria for audio levels, display logistics and food & beverage distribution.

    A range of branding opportunities exist throughout the convention centre including the delegates’ path to the RVC Marketplace, the pre-function areas and near registration. RVC fee does not include set-up for digital branding and production, set-up and dismantle for banners and clings, plus there is an additional charge applied by the Metro Toronto and Convention Centre for each opportunity. As the Official Carrier of RVC 2019 you will enjoy leadership recognition as well as effective brand exposure with placement of booking widget on the RVC Website section called “How to get there” as well as top carrier position on the page.


Official Wi-Fi Provider – $15,000

As the official and exclusive WiFi provider through the Marketplace,Luncheon Room, common meeting areas, meeting rooms and educational spaces, at RVC 2019, your company will enjoy prominent brand positioning and profiling.


Official Car/Truck Rental Partner – SOLD – Avis Budget Group

Become the Official Car/Truck Rental Company of RVC 2019 by providing a special fare to delegates choosing to rent a vehicle, as well as provide in-kind transportation (minimum four hybrid vehicles for use at pre- planning [Ottawa based], set-up, during and post conference [Toronto based] including full insurance coverage) support to the RVC events team.

Coordinate and lead a running group through the streets of Toronto, host a yoga session before the start of the busy day or a meditation quiet room. Take the opportunity to showcase to delegates a special health and wellness experience you offer your guest.


Buyers Bag Insert – $3,000 per insert

This is an opportunity to include unique gift or memorabilia in the Buyers Delegate bag. All inserts to be approved by RVC. No traditional brochures or paper products.


Buyers ONLY Hotel Room Drop – $5,000 plus hotel room drop fee (approximately $1,700 plus taxes)

Marketplace Floor Drop to Sellers – $2,000

Sellers don’t always have time to roam the floor, so here is a unique opportunity to reach industry and organizations from across Canada. Choose from three days to have your product delivered directly to the seller’s booth table during lunch. All drops to be approved by RVC.
